Sure, how about the fact that you're not going to contract this now...

Or look like this winner...

"When I was in my 20s I lost a third of my tongue, half my jaw and all of the flesh connecting the right side of my neck with the rest of my body. I also lost the use of my right arm and for a guy who loves to play baseball, that counts as a real loss."

That should do it I would think as far as motivation goes...

If you gain weight it will give you even more motivation to exercise and feel even better than you will after the snuff.

Ah, yes. She's a cruel mistress, that's for sure. I quit for about 6 months after I got to medical school. Unfortunately, I broke down and bought a can last week before a big, very important exam. We have two more big, important exams thursday and friday, and THEN I'm quitting again.

Some of the other guys turn to caffeine, but I'm such a coffee addict it doesn't keep me awake anymore. I get HOURS of productive study time off of a dip.

OBTW, it wasn't so much the nicotine for me as it was having something in my mouth. I bought 5 or 6 cans of that mint stuff and it really helped me. Sunflower seeds work wonders too, and it even gives you something to spit.

just keep the reasons in mind why you quit...

... then think of all the fun stuff you can get from the money you will save.

If nothing else, remember the pain you are in now... would you really want to re-live it?

You ain't a kiddin.

I have pretty much quit snuff for good. A friend of mine found out he had cancer in his mouth and throat last year. At 29. That pretty much did me in. Now I just have to quit smoking again.

Oh, and +1 on the sunflower seeds. And gum, suckers, chocolate, steak, etc. Gained 20 pounds in less than two months.

I just did the math. Give up smoking one pack a day and you can buy another box of .45 WWB every week. I just found my inspiration.

wow, didnt know there were so many dippers on here

ill have to quit in the next few years, GF says she wont marry me until i do.

i could probably quit right now if i wanted to, but i just dont want to

a dip is just too damn good while hunting, fishing, golfing, reading xdtalk, walking the dog, playing xbox, and right after a big meal.....damn maybe i am addicted

good luck on quitting, once you set your mind to it im sure you will be able

try chewing lots of gum, sunflower seeds,

or buy a can of the nastiest cheapest stuff you can find and put a fatty in for a little bit, and then just swallow the whole thing, if that doesnt make you quit then WOW
