341......repost or not,I think it is note worthy and I've not seen it till today. Here is a good example of how the "tape" tells the tale and how much crap the P.D.has to put up with.I think this cop used alot of restaint and gave multiple clear instructions before he tagged this "wench". Toned that "smart ass" right out of her quick. Lesson for all: YES SIR and NO SIR goes along way.Haven't gotten but 2 tickets in my many years. One when I was 16 and another from DPS 3 yrs.ago. (anyone in Texas knows your chances are not good with DPS) Anyway, she raised when she should have folded.......Herman.

NO! Tazers are a ‘less lethal’ means to subdue a person. If you compare the number of people that have died from bing tazed to the number that have died from the gunshots I think you will see that the tazer is a far less lethal weapon than a handgun. No one claims that a tazer can't kill you in just the right situation, especially the elderly or someone with health problems. But the chance of a tazer to the chest killing you is much much much lower than the chances of a 45ACP to the chest killing you.

Personally I think tazers are great. They greatly reduce the chances the suspect is injured and at the same time greatly increase the likelihood that the officer will not be harmed. Seems like the suspect is getting off easy in mast cases to me.

Awww hell! Just beat her senseless with a baton. She was going to be trouble no matter what, her attitude was all wrong. I bet she is one of the ones suing everyone for being descended from former slaves too (yes it happened, no it was not good or pretty, no we do not owe you any money, live with it. I am not suing the nazis or the communists for what they did to my country or family).
