That was from an episode of COPS....
That is actually a mother smackin' the **** out of her beligerant (sp?) and abusive son. I guess she had had enough.!! WAY TO GO MOM!! She should have taught him better a lot earlier in life and things would not have had to get to that point.... just my $.02
