The ratings swing from very high to low quickly, it's like there are 10 bad states and the rest are OK.

WA State's gun laws are very good, I have zero complaints about them (and I'm a whiner as we all know), so the states below WA must be REALLY good!

How come VT, which is stunningly liberal, has such a low rating?
I assumed VT would have very bad gun laws, what a surprise.

When the majority of states get D's and F's, I would think it would be hard to inspire people to donate to a lost cause.
