The best part of all of this is you didnt get caught. Therefore, we can make fun of you and you can keep your CCW permit when you get it. You would have been really pissed if we were making fun and you had to sell us your guns. No harm done.

EDIT:Only kidding, unless you really do get caught then I am serious.

It's a Class A Misdemeanor to carry a concealed, unloaded, firearm without a permit. If it's loaded it becomes a felony.

Actually, if your CCW permit has been approved and your in the system but you just haven't actually gotten the permit in the mail, you probably would've been fined. Here in FL if you don't have your permit on you it's like a $25 fine and that's it. If you weren't in the system yet then you would've been in jail had you been caught.

in arizona you can open carry without a ccw
next time tuck in your shirt you'll be ok

Yes you did.
Loaded or not, a concealed weapon is a concealed weapon.
If you really want to see how it carries, than carry around the house.

No sense taking the risk and losing your upcoming CCW, because you were caught carrying illegally without it......

well i know in idaho you can concealed in your car if its unloaded without a CCW but i dont think you can if its on you.
