If it wasn't manufactured prior to 1986 and I know it wasn't it CANNOT be legally owned by a private citizen. Only dealers and Law Enforcement and Military are allowed to legally possess it.

I don't think it's lame or wasteful. I'm just upset that I can't buy one legally.

A buddy of mine works for a guy who owned one and let us take it out for a day. Man, was that fun! I don't even want to think about how much ammo we chewed through though.
