Nice Kahr. Never seen one with a barrel like that. Thats a crazy recording. I dont know if I could ever be a dispatcher. First call I get like that I'd be in my car flying to the house. Sick that it took 6+ mins for the cops to get there. Where the heck do they be? That PD needs more cops+cars.

That is very chilling and is PROOF that our system does not work. No matter how many reports, restraining orders, etc this woman put out on this man did not stop him, but 3 bullets sure as hell did. Good for her and more power to this woman.

Does anyone know if there is a study showing how many armed robberies are stopped in progress by police when the homeowner calls 911 from inside the house? I would curious to see the numbers. I am sure they are usually long gone before the police get there.

well i'm glad they were kind enough to rule that self-defense... smashed in windows and broken door latches were probably all it took.

now she has to pay for all of that herself, too, i'm sure...
no one should have to wait til some of their property is destroyed to defend it OR themselves...
