Finally did it...
I finally signed up for the carry permit class. I have been putting it off for along time cause my buddy and I wanted to take it together. But he wouldnt commit for nearly a year now. I decided i couldnt wait anymore so my class is on the 26th of this month. Im really excited cause i got the instructor that i was hoping for. He is currently with the Sheriffs dept. but is retired army and has trained with Blackwater. I have heard that he makes his carry classes really awesome. Im looking forward to it. The guy at the range said that alot of people in TN have received thier permit within 6 weeks. Im hoping thats true. How long did any of you guys have to wait?

Congrats on signing up. I hope it's as good as expected.
Mine came back about three weeks after I sent everything in.
