When they make a 45 the same size as my P3AT I'll take one =p jk.

I love 45ACP way better than a 380acp, but my 380 is painless to carry.

I do not care for the 380 round at all....

Interesting. So you think a hit is a hit is a hit? I carry everything from a .22 to a .45 and I will tell you from first hand experiance that bigger is better. You should carry the biggest thing you can hit with. A hit with a .380 is absolutely not the same as a hit from a .45.

Yes I think a hit is a hit because 1 hit is better than no hit. Many agree that placement is key. I'd rather put a .380 in the head or the chest, than a .45 in the arm or the leg.

Again, aside from a person hopped up on that stuff that makes people invincible, show me where a .380 would not have did the job. Besides I'd rather have 15 rounds of 9mm than 7 rounds of .45.

I wouldnt carry a .22 but my friend carried a .25 and its probably saved his ass a couple of times.

OK, March 2004 I was attacked by a pit bull. It took six center of mass hits from my Bersa .380 and I killed it by breaking its neck while it was locked onto my left arm. In Nov. 2005, we were serving a warrant and were charged by another pit. My partner killed it with a center of mass double-tap with his Kimber .45.

Two charging dogs of the same size and breed, one soaked up .380's and the other dropped with two .45's. A .380 simply does not have as much energy as a .45. Period.

A hit with a .380 is better than a miss with a .45, yes; but carry the biggest gun you can make hits with. If a .380 is all you can hit with and you're healthy, you need to practice more. A .357 or a .45 is not impossible to shoot accurately. A good hit with a .380 may do it eventually, but a .45 in the same place will do it right now.

Animals are a completely different animal. They dont have the sense to go away. Put a hot .380 round a dude and see what he does.

Depends on his motivation. Someone who's mad and coming for you isn't going to stop unless incapacitated. A .45 has a much better chance of destroying something vital than a .380.

I caught a .22 once, it just pissed me off. A .45 in the same place would have killed me.

First off lets compare apples to apples when comparing where the bullet hits. What's gonna work better: a 380 to the chest or a 45? Hint ... it's the one with the bigger numbers.

Secondly, for me if my choice was 15 rounds of 380 or 14 rounds of 45 guess what my choice would be? Hint .... the one with the bigger number where caliber is concerned.

As far as the video is concerned it's just like they say on the Box 'O Truth: shooting stuff is fun!

That same .22 in the right place would have kill you too. Placement > caliber.
