PV-Thoughts on the debate tonight?

Anybody have any thoughts on the Republican debate tonight? I thought that RP did a good job and the crowd reacted favorably to him especially when they booed Romney after the Achmadinejad comment. I also thought that Thompson did very well. I think the others didn't do very well at all. I don't trust McCain on his stance on immigration. I think the only place I agree with him is on the military. I think the Huckster really fell flat and was on the defense for his previous record. I think Giuliani was bumbling and didn't sound like he really knew what he was talking about and his experience.

I missed it. Did they ask Ron Paul any questions about that article in The New Republic?

Not that I recall. It seemed like they really went after him, but I think he handled everything really well and the text in poll on Foxnews has him winning by double over the others.

Right now RP is at 35%, Huckabee and Thompson at 18%.

I really hate how Hannity absolutely loves picking on Ron Paul. He has such a hardon for Romney and Giuliani it is sickening.

Update: RP: 33%, Thompson: 19%

Unfortunately, that's a public opinion poll on who won the debate, not public support nationwide. I'd give my left nut for RP to get the nomination, but I'm losing hope that it will happen.

If you vote for Obama, you are a fu*king idiot.
If you vote for McCain, you are a fu*king idiot.
If your vote is for the lessor of two evils, then you can be comforted knowing that you're less of a fu*king idiot than the other guy!
