Talking Video captures home invasion attempt

January 6th, 2008

An attempted break-in early Sunday morning
led to a terrifying and unexpected wake up
call for a woman in Glenn Heights. While four
men failed to break into Carrie Shannon's home
on Brentwood Street, their attempt was captured
on surveillance video.

The truth about home security: Locks are for
honest people and fences are for good neighbors.
For everyone else there are Rottweilers and
Smith & Wesson.

Wait till you see the punchline in this video.

That's pretty scary.

I can say for sure if they broke into my house at 4:35AM after cutting the phone lines I'd shoot them without so much as giving away my position with a challenging out of fear.

I honestly wish this would happen more often: the bad guys should be afraid to break into a house for fear of immediate, uncompromising death.
