Thumbs down SureSight Spam

I think Chaim (Leibster) would be better of selling his Sights not spamming his current and former customers for ID Theft Protection. Here is a copy of the email:

Dear Customer,

Our mission at SureSight is to make good people safer. On that note,
I'd like to let you know about a service that helps accomplish that.

Ordinarily I would only send you news and updates about our products,
and you can expect an update next week about our sights. But I feel
so strongly about this one I wanted to let you know about it.

The service is called LifeLock, and it protects you from identity
theft. Identity theft is a growing problem, and chances are if it
hasn't affected you personally, it has happened to someone you know.
(I know 2 people who have endured this ordeal, and it was very
unpleasant, costly and time-consuming for both of them!)

LifeLock offers a $1 million dollar service guarantee and their CEO
is so confident, he advertises his social security number in their ads!

"I'm Todd Davis, CEO of LifeLock, and my social security number is
457-55-5462. I give it just to prove how safe your identity can be..."

I signed up in July, 2007, and I remain so pleased with the service that
I have arranged for a discount for members of our SureSight mailing list.
Click the link to receive a $21 discount off the normal annual fee:

Just thought I'd pass it along,

Chaim Stein
