One of my clients who owns a pawn shop here in town called me tonight to tell me he has an XD in 40 cal coming out of pawn tomorrow. This is because he knows I have been getting "into" guns over the last couple of years. He said it has the carrying case, belt clip, mag holder, loader and 2 mags. It is the 4" model and he said it looks like it has never been shot. Thought i would see what you pros think it would be worth before I go over to look at it tomorrow. Thanks.

im in louisville, ky and out of pawn id say 300-400 350ish is close to perfect. do not pay more than 400 and 400 is if it is stainless finish and very good condition.

New these are going for $565 at Gander and $530 in the smaller shops. If it's in prime condition, anything around $425 - $450 is a steal. If it's been shot a lot, $350 is more in line with a real price.

Just my target areas for price on these......

i ended up paying 350 w tax included. he was originally going to ask 450, but he cut me a great deal. we actually shot it over xmas, and it was very accurate

That's a good price. Every time I hear about a great deal at a pawn shop, I get a little aggravated that PA pawn shops don't deal firearms.

Royally screwed up intelligent analytic mind. We need more laws to protect these three rights. Ban guns in schools, it obviously works.
