The new triton (depending on which model) has a built in camera and voice recorder and other features that let you take a picture and record voicenotes for waypoints and links all the info together for a more streamlined navigational interface... the magellan website says "introducing the new Triton series" but i haven't seen any anywhere for sale...

My father in law works for the Corps of Engineers. He uses a Ricoh camera with built in GPS to record govt. property like dams, buildings and such.

The program that he had to purchase with the camera automatically takes the picture adds the gps coordinates, then makes a web page out of it and then takes govt. satellite images and puts it all in a web page type layout. You see an aerial view of what he's taking a picture of and if you click on the aerial view it brings up the actual picture he took along with any info he wants to add to the picture.

I can't wait for more GPS type units like that to come out, or cameras for that matter.
