Haliburton rape cover up.

http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/story?id=3977702&page=1

From your lefty news network that cannot be trusted whatsoever.

I guess being immune from prosecution in the U.S. is part of the benefits package at Haliburton.

I'll say what I always do...

If it's true, I hope justice is served for the victim, whatever punitive form that may take.

I think it's disturbing how well DanTheEldest's sig fits the story here:

The AK-47: Designed to be field-stripped and used effectively by a half-drunk, half-frozen illiterate conscript who found it buried in Mother Russia's mud after last year's Regiment exercises. SOP: retrieve from ground, pee in action, cycle bolt, go back to work.

fair idea, if you can't prosocute them, ban them from the US, see how long they last with their pictures in the paper, in other countries saying they murdered and raped for the US in Iraq... but in some countries that might guarantee them a job

We need more laws to protect these three rights. Ban guns in schools, it obviously works.

The problem with immunity is it works both ways.

If the victim was part of my family, would change my name fake id what ever it takes, get a job over there as a contractor with my immunity, kill who ever I felt was guilty, get on a plane, leave come back to usa and give them all the finger on the news and say there is nothing you can do about.

If this teaches me anything we need laws for evidence guardianship. Lost evidence should be treated 100 % in favor of the victim. You lost it, only thing left is to assume she is 100 % right. Just the fact it was "lost" makes me very certain she is 100% telling the truth. This should hold true for local police, state police, everything. I am so sick of hearing "lost evidence" here in Detroit. The freaking cops steal millions of dollars of drugs out of the evidence room and replace it with soap shavings and baby powder etc. Lost evidence gets should get the victim an automatic win in court, and an arrestee an automatic acquittal, and arresting officers and commanding officers in career ending legal trouble and jail time.
