Smile Happy veterans day.

Enjoy your freedom? Don't forget to thank a vet today.
Also, I would like to sincerely thank all veterans and current members of the armed forces for your service to this country. Thank you.

I am proud to have served. God bless and protect those young men and women who are currently serving in harm's way.

What a great finish to a perfect day.

Golden Corral Restaurants throughout the
nation feed all Military Veterans today from
5 - 9PM honoring all vets on Veterans Day.

I went and stood in line moving slowly along
for nearly 50 minutes. Finally got inside, invited
the older couple standing behind me, he was a
Korean vet, to join me at a table.

Fantastic meal, good conversation, meet new
friends and Golden Corral picked up the tab for
all we vets. This practice has been going on for
the past five years.

We finished our meals and when we left, there
still was a line of very patient vets waiting their
turn to hit the 'chow line'.

Thank you Golden Corral Restaurants for remembering
we vets in your own special way.

Ed
P.S. The family just got notified that my special great
nephew who is in the Air Force, is on his way home
from the Sand Box.

Just got back from standing in the flag line for Pfc Dwane Covert killed in Iraq. Been holding my flag since 2 PM this afternoon and since 6:30 PM in the rain. Will form our Patriot Guard flag line again when we bury the soldier in the morning.

God Bless and Protect Our Troops.
