From what I understand, the pee test can be defeated, so most people probably would pass. A girl I know once told me that she passed a pee test using a bag of purchased urine that she kept warm and hidden in her... um... compartment.

Yes, let's make it the standard for a drug test to get welfare.
Then, five years later, it'll be the standard to get... a driver's license.

Only they won't be testing for drugs, they'll be profiling your DNA.
