Here are the definations from Dictionary.com, you're welcome to go to LEXUS/NEXUS and look up the legal term/usage also:

1.an official who examines books, plays, news reports, motion pictures, radio and television programs, letters, cablegrams, etc., for the purpose of suppressing parts deemed objectionable on moral, political, military, or other grounds.
2.any person who supervises the manners or morality of others.
3.an adverse critic; faultfinder.
4.(in the ancient Roman republic) either of two officials who kept the register or census of the citizens, awarded public contracts, and supervised manners and morals.
5.(in early Freudian dream theory) the force that represses ideas, impulses, and feelings, and prevents them from entering consciousness in their original, undisguised forms.
–verb (used with object)
6.to examine and act upon as a censor.
7.to delete (a word or passage of text) in one's capacity as a censor.
Judge, seriously, you just proved my point, congratulations Nowhere does it say government there.

You need to go back to kindergarten Judge. There are more officials (like the Fox official here) than just government officials. You really fail at reasoning and logic.

I love it when supporters of a libertarian candidate complain that citizen made a decision of their own accord.

Just because you don't agree with waht they did doesn't make it censorship. Judge is right.

Also, you don't think producers make decisions like that all the time? You're kidding yourself.

Hey Judge I see officials every sunday on the NFL fields, does that mean they work for the Government?

Im sorry, but youre going to have a hard time finding where I said I would be supporting Ron Paul. But please, continue, I love the generalizations and stereotyping.

Its not about what I agree or dont agree with. I dont agree with Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, but I dont see the networks working to shut them up, do you.

No, as usual, Judge is anything but.

When a TV station uses it's better judgment, as in this case, it's called good taste.
Hey Judge,
Putting life's argument's on hold,

How was the interview?
Did you get the job?

I figure anyone who is learning about American Society and is amazed with the traditions/values of the people of this great country and can within the same sentence equate those traditions and values with those of terrorists, must be from another country.

So which is it judge, did they keep you out (Marine Corp) because you didn't have a green card, or because you're judgemental and couldn't get the Marines to see things your way?
