(PV) Ron Paul- My take on him

While I’m not one who thinks that Ron Paul should be excluded from the GOP primary race, or any of the debates that go along with that, I still had to chuckle at some of his responses to other candidates. However, with that being said, I seriously believe in my personal opinion, if the only issues in this campaign were those concerned with fiscal policy I’d be willing to give Ron Paul a long, hard look. But the Presidency is about more than fiscal policies or even domestic policies. The Presidency is about foreign policy as well, and when it comes to national security and foreign policy Ron Paul is a naive, unserious, isolationist twit. To put it mildly. I’m not a fan of McCain or Giuliani or Romney. I don't want to have to vote for any of them, if they get the nomination, but Ron Paul isn’t the answer to the GOP’s woes either.

Let’s hold out hope for Fred.

I respect your right to your opinion and your right to vote your conscience.

JGB,
A very good explanation of your view. I completely respect it.

EDIT: FWIW, someone posted a link to an assessment of how well each candidate aligns with an individuals position, and sadly only 3 candidates scored better than 50%. So to me the choices are very limited.
I guess none of us will find the perfect candidate, but voting with your conscious for who you prefer, is always better then voting against someone.

SCOTUS judge appointments ... Will last much longer than Obama or McCain.
Who do you want selecting people who have the ability to support or remove individual rights ??

2008 Election..."Imbrace your ignorance, and vote your preference".

It's quite simple, really...
If you vote for Obama, you are a fu*king idiot.
If you vote for McCain, you are a fu*king idiot.
If your vote is for the lessor of two evils, then you can be comforted knowing that you're less of a fu*king idiot than the other guy!

Because Fritz says so!

What I want from a President:

1) Policies that improve OUR country. Not others.
2) Keep American Industries, in America. No more overseas call centers, for instance.
3) No more Economic Aid to any other nation or entity (UN).
4) Get rid of the lobbyists.
5) Crack down on where and what our tax money actually gets spent on.

Ok hypothetically, if you were voting in the National election and your choices were Gulianni or Clinton... What do you do?
