Swimming is especially good for cardio and flexibility but you will need to combine it with other activities.

This is an easy one. I'm 29 6' tall and just dropped 24 pounds in 90 days, from 208 to 184 pounds, by doing P90X.
Besides the tapes, you have to do the diet, buy some weights (I have the Bowflex Selectechs) and a yoga mat. Never did yoga before but that one day a week of power yoga has made me a new man...not to mention plyometrics. Uh....I'm pupmed up for my next round in 2 weeks. |
