Ummm,
That's happening!
But they're giving away more than one state

That's very true and if it passes we'll see an "assault weapons ban" to end all assault weapons ban. Sorry that hunting shotgun doesn't support microstamping... turn it in for scrap and a $1 McDonald's gift card.

True. I think we should get on a letter writing campaign for every gun manufacturer that sells guns to LE and MIL in California and recommend that they boycott the state of California.

New gun control laws = no guns for your LE and MIL.

It worked for Barrett.

I think that's really in regards to other nations. I'm not really sure that much of the developed nation is ready to follow in CA footsteps. Perhaps we should think of leasing the country to Japan or even better to S. Korea. It has prime real estate for the shipping industry.

You and me both. I've always wondered what Arizona would look like with ocean front property.

Yet another example of how common sense, logic, and gun control are mutually exclusive.

I find it funny that they exempt revolvers because they don't discard their casings when fired.

Hmm, last I checked, the casings to a revolver aren't part of the gun, and can easily be removed and thrown away somewhere else...

Yeah, lets make it where criminals are more likely to not leave any evidence...

Oh, wait, I just made too much sense...

ARRGH!!!

I'm sending a letter to Arnold to veto this bill - we'll see if he has blue or red balls.

NSSF, NRA needs to push all gun mfg to boycott selling to the state - every single one of them. That's the only way there can be enough economic pressure to end this nonsense.
