yeah so about tanks.....
the small Texas town that I grew up in (roughly 18k at the time) had money left over in the emergency spending budget, fearful that if said monies were not spent they would not recieve them again the following year. What could they buy that fit the needs of emergency and be roughly 135k? a tank. yup a tank. its the wierdest thing to go by fleet maint. and see backhoes dozers, a mobile crane and a tank. They use it in parades.
