What is driving her ultimatum? Did something happen? Were you into guns before you got married? Did she think that part of you was going to change?

It seems like an awfully big thing to throw down on you. There must be more to the story.

I am intrigued, where does she keep your balls locked up? Seriously though, why do some guys think that they have to deal with this crap? You know, there are actually nice women out there who will "allow" you to do whatever you wish because they realize that it is your life.

I wouldnt want to tell my wife to "piss off" over a gun...

But I'd def. have a talk with her about trying to tell me what and what not to do....

And if she serious about no more guns, I'd say.. No more shoes/bags/make up...

On a similar note, there was a news story about guns shows in Georgia. One guy that was interviewed would not marry his wife until she joined the NRA.

I assume the OPs wife is not telling him to get rid of what he already has.
