How do you add pictures from your hard drive to a thread?

Pac757:

Quick version:

Host the picture (upload it) to Photobucket or TinyHost.

Either will give you an URL for the picture. Be careful to get the URL that only displays your picture and no frame, etc.

Put that URL into your post with IMG tags around it.

{IMG}http://i17.tinypic.com/4bjhcgo.jpg{/IMG}

with curly braces used above so you'll see 'em here - use SQUARE braces ([])to actually display the picture:

Also Photobucket gives you the IMG link, just cut and paste it. Easy!
