Wow. I thought I was the only one that was freaked out by the king. Glad to see I'm in the majority.

I was really impressed with how Nugent handled anti-hunting veg-heads on his show on VH1. What was it called--Surviving Nugent?

One whiny veggy lover refused to eat at his table, and he and his wife explained to her that she did not have a right to live if she believes that way because she will displace millions of insects and animals as she takes up space/resources on this earth. For example, How can she put her need to live somewhere over the needs of a thousand roaches in a wood pile? She can't with her philosophy.

Hey, there's nothing wrong with being a vegetarian for dietary reasons, but saying that it is wrong to hunt or eat animals is obviously something the rest of God's animal llife does not know.

I think the Burger King would agree.
"Whack 'em and stack 'em," says Ted.
"Flame broil 'em," says the King!

Then, everybody would want one just so they could hang out with me. I'd end up buying a membership for my nephew's girlfriend's tax-preparer.

I guess I'll just have to give up visits with grandma.

Speaking of veggie eatin' types...I get a kick out of the ones that go on and on about how cruel it is the way they are raised, how they die, etc...then you ask them about the leather shoes, belts, purses, wallets, etc...
I always say: "Do you think that cow died of natural causes?" They do not put two and two together to think that the cow that dies to be eaten gets skinned and turned into some consumer product such as a purse, etc.

I think that the Nuge has gotten a bit more radical/outspoken in the past few years and I am not sure if it is just because he has a forum for it now, or what...

Considering the other imagery in their commercials, I don't think they're aiming at the tots any more. nudge nudge
