I'm really looking forward to my Vikings sucking again. I'm torn this year because I love to watch Randy Moss play, but I hate the Patriots.

If the defense and special teams shows improvement, the offense certainly has the firepower.

The last time I really enjoyed watching football was when the 49ers had their succession of great teams--Montana, Lott, Young, Rice. Lots of passing, hard hits....it was just fun to watch. I've taken a liking to the current Colts for many of the same reasons.

I also root for the hometown Cardinals (the most mediocre team in recent history to get a really fabulous new stadium built), and whoever's playing the Cowboys has my support too.

I am a buccaneers fan. But that is minimal since the NFL is second on my list to College football.

What I would really like to see is college teams play NFL teams for pre-season practice. I would just love to watch the college boys whoop the hell out of the pros, and there are several teams that this would surely happen to.

As for most hated player... right now it's Vick for the shame he cast on his teammates and coaches and letting them down when they really need him. Innocent or guilty, Vick is like Barry Bonds, an amazing player with a lot of God-given talent, who has an asterix next to their name...

But aside from Clinton Portis, my favorite player in the league is Peyton Manning!! I love him as a QB for the Colts and he just seems like a genuinely nice guy who plays his heart out and loves what he does! Not like some who play for the money and don't make risky plays so they won't hurt their pinky toe.. gimme a break! It's football!! If you aren't dirty and in pain, you aren't playing the game right!!!

however, the god-man also known as Joe Gibbs has stated he is not stepping down until he has "fixed" the skins. . . im also a big fan of Shawn Springs. and i hope to God Jason Campbell is worthy of the hype Skins management is putting out.
