Sports Chalet Boycott

I went to Sports Chalet on Happy Valley Rd. and asked if they sold guns or ammo. The sales ass. said "We're from California and we don't carry anything like that". Well you can go back to California, they aren't seeing a red cent of my money.

Sorry, the one I went to is on Happy Valley Rd. and I-17 here in Phoenix, AZ. I usually go to Sportsmen's Warehouse or smaller firearms shops anyway, but I thought I'd point out to everyone that they seem to be an anti-2A establishment. Also, they don't even carry any archery equipment, so I kind of tend to think that they might be anti-hunting as well.

It's not really worth my time to thoroughly research the issue. They don't have firearms, ammo or archery equipment and seem to be against it so I personally will never set foot in any of their stores again, barring the chance that they change their policy.

I buy a ton of non-shooting/hunting related equipment every year and so do a lot of my friends. Camping, back-packing, rock-climbing, mountain biking, geocaching, etc. It really adds up, so they won't ever see any of my money.

Can you tell I REALLY hate antis? Pinko Commie Scum!

Check that, I looked at their website and they do offer some hunting equipment...scopes, gun cases, boots, stuff like that. I guess it was more the guys attitude when I asked about firearms and ammo that made me feel like the whole company was really anti-2A.

Still, I'll spend my money at Big 5 or somewhere else that supports firearms/2A.
