I really learned some stuff from the first book and can't wait for another
How about a topic on dealing with open carry and conceal carry. Opinions of LEO professionals, instructors. Etc. Also a chapter on dealing with the Anti-gun crowd when open carrying. As well legal rights in carrying in a public place and be confronted.

As the book is not readily available in Australia I dont know what the book covers but I will have a go and have you covered this?
Legal aspects of an armed response Calibre selection and does it make a difference if you appear in court over a shooting? (by that I mean will you be hammered by the law if you use a 50 cal for self defense when you owned a 9mm for example) Amount of ammo to carry and does this make a legal difference? ( again in court will carrying say 40 rounds make you look worse than say 20 rounds?) My 2 cents worth mulder

low light conditions, long gun deployment in the home, in fact, why not focus this one around defending the home.

If you're serious about self-defense, need to get more information about other aspects of defense other than guns, such as combatives, movements, knives, etc. Too many folks are too gun-centric in their self-defense framework.
For gun stuff, discussion of distance and movement and how that impacts what you need to see to shoot (ie: sighting continuum - point shooting through extreme front sight focus)
