At least my AR is exempt because it's registered as a pistol. :P

You know STAG had to have seen this coming, Why they even agreed to NBC crap is beyond me. Maybe some loss in sales will make STAG and others think twice before talking to the leftist media...

I for one won't be buying a stag lower...

When are we going to stop using the term "assault rifle"?!?! I know we all feel a bit more badass using the term but it really feeds the media and puts a bad spin on it. We need to substitute that term for "SUR" or "Sport Utility Rifle".

The lady AR15 shooter did stick up for us gun owners by saying why should they ban these rifles all because of a few whacko's!

They are NOT "assault rifles". They are HDRs or "Homeland Defense Rifles".

Nikon----

You seem to be a cool guy. I appreciate the way you handle yourself, for what that's worth.

I actually don't remember them refering to them as "assault rifles" during the piece. He kept saying "semi-automatic military style weapon" more accurate a description, but still sounds bad. Just as the AR's were also referred to as "Black Rifles"... makes it sound illegal, like something sold on the blackmarket or whatnot. Also made Stag sound like they were just in the business to make a quick buck after the AWB was lifted. It was an ok piece, just not good.
