Stupid Accident - Share your Experiences
Okay. So I'm getting ready for church this morning and my dog (Chester, named after Winchester BTW) is chewing up a little box that contains some new binoculars that I received as a gift. Needless to say, I'm not to happy so I run over to him to grab the box out of his mouth and OOOUUUUCCCHHHH!!!!! Oh sh*t....oh sh*t.......AAAWWWWWWAAAWWWWWWWWW!!!
Turns out that I threw my shorts on the floor last night just before I went to bed and the little metal piece of your belt buckle that goes into the holes on your belt was sticking straight up and went right into my heel. But, I did get the box from Chester and the binoculars are just fine, the heel is not feeling so good though. So, as I lay here (medicated) in my LA-Z boy, I was hoping some others would share some of your stories of stupid accidents.

When is the last time you had a booster shot?
Well at least if you get lockjaw you can still type! I had one hell of a stupid accident that I will not recount again here. Those that know me, know of this that happened and are free to tell on me as needed. P.S. It beats the hell out of your little...booboo. Hope you feel better soon. |

ok you know those little beads women put in their hair when they get braids. little wooden beads. I stepped on one of those and broke it with the tendon that stretches the arch of your foot. I dropped like a little girl and started making ugly faces. no carnage but it hurt like hell.

When I was about 12 I was out back playing with our dog running back and forth. I was barefoot and I stepped on a rake. Not a leaf rake but one on those with about a dozen heavy thick tines pointing up. I had been spreading out some loose gravel and like any 12 year old I didn't put things where they belong after I was done. I ended up with about 4 of those BIG tines going thru the arch of my foot.
