How hard is it to get one???I dont think (but I may be wrong) you have to a business,like I said I may be wrong?I see lots of sks's and old makavores(SP?) that I would like to have and they say C&R ffl will do.Just wondering........Also the Mosins

You can do it as an individual--no trusts, corporations, etc. necessary. Here's a site that helped me out:

I just did the process about three weeks ago. You request the stuff at the ATF's website (or download the forms), fill them out (I listed myself as an individual collector when it asked for "corporate officers"), and send in the copies to the ATF and your chief LEO with a $30 money order like it tells you. Very easy, all told.

You don't have to be a business the ffl is for private collectors. I got one with less much paperwork than it takes to get you CHl. Just fill out the form and send in the money. The site posted by Dan has all the info you need.
