Your Favorite Cinematic Gun Fight...

I want to hear them

Mine?

The alley gun fight scene in Collateral (for it's realism)
The OK Corral gun fight in Tombstone (gotta love Doc Holliday)
The last half hour of Hard Boiled...despite its rather loose definition of reloading

Hot Shots part Deux (sp?). When he's rocking the 60 and the body count just gets higher until it says "bloodiest movie ever" or something. I laugh my a$$ off every time.

Oh, yeah...Equilibrium. Not a realistic movie by any means, but every gun fight in it is awesome. They use a martial art known as "Gun Kata", for those who haven't seen it.

One gunfight that always stands out in my mind is the end of Josey Wales, as Clint's walking the guy down...

Cock, click.
Cock, click.
Cock, click.

The entire fight leading up to that scene is great, but the scene itself...

Also happen to like High Noon.

For not even remotely realistic gunfights - Ultra Violet ranks high up there for cool factor. Possibly even better than the Matrix. Possibly.

1. Pale Rider at the end. Something about they way he reloads while not taking his eyes off of his target.

2. Tombstone.

3. Heat

4. Open Range

The Way of the Gun

One of my favorite movies, the gun battle at the end was BRUTAL. When Benicio Del Toro fired his AK 360 degrees around the room, that was SWEET!!

Fifth element, just for sci-fi aliens and a very hot chick. Also, loved the takedown of the 'terrorists' on the vacation barge with the running commentary by chris rock.

"The Good, The Bad and The Ugly"

The final scene in the graveyard.
The shootout is very short and sweet, but the standoff if awesome.
The music is some of the best in the business.
You gotta love Tuco's unloaded gun.
