So a lady at work said she needed some money
No not what your thinking,but anyway she said she had a handgun that she wanted to sell.I ask what it was and how much she wanted.She said "its a colt something".I said ok,without knowing what it was AND knowing what she wanted for it,I said bring it tomorrow and I'll buy it.It ended up being a Colt Police Positive 38spl,made sometime in the 60's or 70's.I paid just over $100

I went to gunsamerica and gunbroker and for this model the prices varies from about $200 to $300.

Excellent price for the gun. That model is supposed to be popular and very sturdy. Good going. Wish I could be so lucky as to fall face first in to a pile like that.
