Stop drinking soda, walk as much as possible, or ride a bike. Spend less time on the forums and more time working out. I had a roomate in college that was well over 300lbs and would drive his car the 1/2mile to campus everyday, whereas I walked. As soon as I got him walking with me the pounds started to come off quickly.

BuccaneersFan, I tried to check his posts, to see when the last one was, but as you may know, this site sometimes is real slow or just plain stops. I became tired waiting for his posts to come up and did a pm instead.
