Anyone wanna bet that the Hilton's were supporting the Sheriff's re-election campaign, so he did them a favor by moving her? Which is within his power in PRK to re-assign prisoners quarters, but he apparently missed the portion of the sentencing that barred her from house arrest. He will be lucky to get any job related to LE or even security.
