Memorial Day Weekend BBQ Thread - XDTalk Forums - Your HS2000/SA-XD Information Source!

I for one will be BBQ-N' with the family at home this year. [I travel allot for work and relish the time at home].

I will be grillin' up:

1. RIBEYE steak
2. Sirloin steak tips (house style)
3. HOT Italian sausages
4. Corn on the cob [My son will only eat corn on the cob cooked on the grill]
5. Some haddock, grouper, or other white fish I can find

Wash it down with some sun brewed Iced-Tea and maybe a margarita or two.

What are you cookin' for this weekend?

I will go to the parade , give my salute of thanks then BBQ.

Bah! I have to work this weekend. I'd love to grill, but I don't want to take the chance that I might get called out right before the stuff is done, and then miss it all!!

Big time tomorrow for me and my kids/grandkids; brother, his daughter and son-in-law and brother's grandkids. We'll all be celebrating my birthday and my youngest son's birthday.

Oldest son is hosting us at his home N. of Atlanta. He'll be grilling marinaded pork loins; lots of good side dishes.

First time my grandkids have met my brother's grandkids.

First time most of them will have met my youngest son's outrageously-beautiful new g.f.

I am going to give my salute by taking my CHL class tomorrow.
Sunday all I know is I will be eating Meat...with a side of meat... and probably some more meat...and wash it all down with some Shiner.
