Haven't made fresh sausage in awhile. Think I'll stuff some Kielbasa, Brauts, and Italian sausage for the grill with some sauerkraut and green peppers and onions on the side. Can't forget the corn on the cob swimming in butter and the wife's baked beans. Woah, look out after that meal.

Went to their website. 6mo on a 20lb bag of charcoal? Keeps meats moist without a water pan? Pretty amazing! How is it as a smoker?

3. HOT Italian sausages
4. Corn on the cob [My son will only eat corn on the cob cooked on the grill]
5. Some haddock, grouper, or other white fish I can find

Wash it down with some sun brewed Iced-Tea and maybe a margarita or two.

What are you cookin' for this weekend?
That sounds AWESOME! Especially the Ribeyes!

Too bad I have to work all weekend so my boss can have it off

Have fun!

They are excellent in every way except the purchase price which is pretty high. However, prices are competitive which means every dealer sets their own, so you can sniff around and pay a lot less.

I buy qty 2, 22# bags of lump charcoal and it lasts me a full year. After cooking I open the vents and let it get to 700 degrees (less than 5 minutes) and then shut it all down. All the nasties and dripped fat is burned off so it doesn't get gross.

Outstanding as a smoker and everything else, too. Hard to find used because nobody gives them up. My friend found one at an estate sale because the owner DIED.

I get my charcoal here, it's the very best:
