My instructor, and old 1st Class Gunner's Mate, had a remedy for my flinching. It was a slap in the back of the head.

My handgun introduction was with a .38 revolver. My hard core lessons on how to shoot have been mostly with a .45.

My dads old H&R single shot 12 gauge.I think I was around 9 or 10 OUCH!!!!!!!!Yea it left a bruise,I think I held it about an inch from my shoulder.I loved it lol I havent stopped since..........
