Like this, but sprayed with with a clear on top of it, that will make it glossy and a tad bit darker in color.

Picture it on a XD 45 tactical, the pins,trigger, mag release,grip saftey will match. Chrome colored barrel..

What do you think?

Or maybe just get the slide done and leave everything else black? Does anyone have a paint shop program to see what it will look like? Im curious

but seems like there is too much to fudge up for me to try good luck

I got some pictures from the guy that did it

he didnt get the clear coat on it though. I think the clear would make it look a little darker and give it that nice shine.

Do you like all the other parts matching or do you think it would look better with just the slide done?

I personally think this looks pretty sick looking

that, is one sexy firearm..

all the accents (trigger, saftey, pins, etc etc) in gray look good too, better than just black.

That looks awesome, I'm getting some good wear spots on my XD 357 and would consider a paint job like that.

Generally speaking, I have always favored the XD just in black, but I like that one.

Question for you: Are you going to put a hammer on your XD like on the gun in the first pic.

I like the look of it but want it a little darker.

I think it looks good in that second set of pictures...w/ slide and all the little stuff painted the same color. Go for it if you like the look.
