I just started teaching in Alb, and we have Good Friday off. We never did at my old high school. I think it's the large Catholic community here.

I don't work, but my husband does. He works for the .gov and he does not get any days off for Easter.

I'm working friday, sat., and monday. I never get a holiday at easter.

I got Friday off also, , the sad part is that about 90% of the company have NO IDEA what the purpose of GOOD FRIDAY is "BUT SOMEDAY THEY WILL"

well I'm off on Friday and Saturday's.. I was supposed to work on Sunday, but luckily my supervisor let me use a vacation day about 5 days out since I thought I had it off to begin with... Thumbs up to a cool Super!

I had to work on Good friday, just as I am working on Easter, just as i had to work christmas and thanksgiving and every other frickin holiday!
