we send our troops to war without the best equipment they can possibly get.. who is to say that the tents they use are absolutely the best too then? lol

I've read plenty last year, and here lately in my search for a good tent.. and there are a lot of reviews that don't tell a good tale.. when it comes to a eureka tent in wet weather.. kinda scares me away from them, even it it was a military tent.


I have narrowed my decision down to a Mountain Research, or Alps Mountaineering tent I think. just trying to make up my mind on which model or brand now.
