Treason yes. But not for a crime he didn't commit. I don't think he can be tried for treason though. I'm thinking constitutionally there has to be two people to witness it.

I witnessed it.

hey.. why not?? govt can make up false claims and use them legally.. can't I, for the good of our country to charge someone with treason?

No. He will be charges and convicted of something. It may not be treason but as others have stated he will "get whats coming".
