As I celebrate finding my new favorite Irish pub in the plains of Kansas, I feel I must applaud the good citizens of Tornado Land for getting CCW laws passed.

My new Rifleman arrived today, and they wrote about a Topeka gas station robbery where, only 19 days after the permit law was passed, an armed citizen shot one suspect and the other fled, maybe saving the station owner's life. I propose a toast to the good folks of Kansas who can now legally practice their God-given right to self-protection through the legal carry of concealed firearms.
