I was willing to overlook the stuff like wrong haircuts and calling each other "callsigns" like "Reaper" and "Goat". That's just hollyweird stretching reality for entertainment. But having a Marine sergeant calling his men "soldiers" is more unrealistic than people mutating into monsters due to alien dna on Mars. .
