Had Vonage twice, cancelled it twice.
Just not there yet.
Moved our company phones to a mixed VOiP setup, cancelled it all.
Thing is, when the internet connection is not at full strength, the VOiP automatically downshifts the frequency response, so, basically it sounds crappy... alot... depending on the quality and more importantly the consistency of your internet connection.

I have had vonage fro over 2 years and I havent had any problems with it. It has been fantastic. The best part has been when we go on vacations we take our router with us, make sure the hotel has high speed internet and we have our home phone with us all the time.

I have Vonage... works good for the cost..it is still new, and every once in a while you will get a gargled call, or a dropped call, but for the $20 a month and unlimited calls, I am willing to put up with that!! I have had Vonage in 3 locations, no major problems.... their comercials annoy the piss out of me though!
