Thanks for posting that. Thank goodness I make copies on my home multi-function machine.

+1 on that. I save digital copies of my documents to pdf and then burn to cd's and then put them in a fire safe. After 5 years, the cd gets shredded.

Sounds like an official record keeping system you have there

The base I worked at has a very large group of civilians that work on base. Well one section of civilians didn't look at the regulations before they ordered a copy machines for coping classified documents and they got one with a hard drive in it. This did not go over very well
