Her response seems pretty clear. She qualifies her view of the rights of gun owners by calling them "the legitimate rights" of gun owners rather than the "constitutionally protected rights" of the people. Then she speaks of keeping guns out of the hands of children via legislation.
You can count on her to vote in favor of 1022.
