Pictured is not the 557, but there is a pic of the magnifier. From what I read on "that other site" EOtech is going to make a 3x and a 4x version. The mounting options will be a fixed mount or a hinged type mount so you can flip the magnifier to the side and just use the EO.

The magnifier will be backward compatible to other model EO's, but the buttons may be difficult to access. As you can see in the picture.

Whats the mag going for? I see that the 557 is pretty pricy.

I saw on AR15.com someone already has them for sale. I believe for the two it was around a grand.

I'm not sure if Aimpoints can do that.
