Should I Worry?

I walk everywhere I go not long ago it was really cold when I got home I had a hard time pulling the slide back [to take chambered round out].I oiled the spring a few nights later same thing happened. It is hard to slide back or "rack" most of the time[compared to my 1911-a1 45].But those two times it was extremely stiff.Any ideas?Should I ask springfield?

Maybe she's telling you to shoot her more. Any malfunctions when shooting?

I think I read a thread around here recently where they were discussing how oiling the slide in cold weather is actually causing the stiffness problem due to it gumming up from the low temperatures. You may want to try just cleaning it all off and see how it cycles.

Innocent life is cheap--a few hundred bucks for an abortion. Guilty life is expensive--a couple million for appeals, incarceration, and execution. How bass-ackwards is our society?
