#5 is a good one though. I just tried it out. It does use minutes but I would much rather use 3-4 minutes per use than $1.99 per use my service provider charges. I use 411 at least 10 times a month in my line of work.

Agreed. I use Free 411 constantly. You have to listen to them try to sell you something for about 1 minute, most calls take about 2 minutes total..it's worth it.

NEVER PAY for a phone number!

Car remotes are RF, not IR...at least 99% of them are RF. I have seen ONE in my entire life that was RF.

Your TV remote is IR.

The car unlock will not work with newer vehicles, especially ones with "smart"keys

If you dont mind wasting a text message you can text 46645(googl) with the name city,state. And you will receive a text message, with the name, address, and phone number.

havnt read every post yet.. tired.. those commands are nokia specific.

as for my phone being stolen... i can send myself a text, it will wipe out my phone list, and lock my phone.
when your phones stolen.. your screwed, and have to go buy another
